One of our favorite annual traditions is back—and this year, we're giving Hawktoberfest a pink twist. As the Hawkeyes take on Ohio State during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we'll combine our love of German food, Hawkeye football, and good friends with an important mission: supporting those affected by breast cancer.

As we like to say: In heaven there is no beer… and in heaven, there is no breast cancer. Let's work to eliminate at least one of those on earth!

Tailgate Theme: Hawktoberfest

Apparel: Break out your lederhosen, dirndls, Bavarian hats, and classic Hawktoberfest attire—with plenty of pink, black, and gold mixed in for the occasion.

Food & Drinks: All the Hawktoberfest favorites—brats, sauerkraut, German potato salad, pretzels, and more. Raise a stein for the Hawks and wear a little pink for the cause!

Charity of the Tailgate: Team Breast Friends

Our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives impacted by breast cancer and bring awareness through our efforts. We invite anyone who wishes to raise awareness about breast cancer or support our efforts through financial or in-kind support to join us!
